ORANGE AND BEET SALAD
-Red and golden beets (boiled, peeled, sliced)
-Blood oranges, navel oranges, grapefruit (peeled, sliced)
-Red onion thinly sliced
-Cilantro (minced)
Dressing: 1/4 c white wine, 2tb honey, 2 tb vinegar, 1 tb Dijon mustard, 1/4 teasp salt, pepper to taste, 1 tb olive oil

-Remolachas rojas y amarillas cocidas, peladas, y rebanadas
-Naranjas rojas y amarillas, y toronjas peladas y rebanadas
-Cebolla roja rebanada finamente
-Cilantro picado finamente
Aderezo: 1/4 taza vino blanco, 2C miel, 1C mostaza Dijon, 2C vinagre, 1/4Cta sal, pimienta al gusto, 1C aceite de oliva
